Vei avea un rol-cheie în asigurarea bunei funcționări a sistemului ERP, de la fluxuri contabile și plăți, până la aprovizionare, stocuri și logistică.

Este o poziție în care vei lucra îndeaproape cu echipele
Finance, Controlling și Supply Chain
, sprijinindu-le în activitățile de zi cu zi, dar și în proiecte de digitalizare și optimizare a proceselor.

Ce vei face concret:

  • Oferi suport pentru modulele ERP Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Monitorizezi și rezolvi erorile legate de înregistrări contabile, reconciliere, plăți și închideri de lună/an.
  • Sprijini echipele financiare în procesele de închidere lunară/anuală și reconciliere între sisteme.
  • Colaborezi cu echipa BI/PowerBI pentru rapoarte și dashboard-uri.
  • Susții procesele de aprovizionare și logistică: recepții, transferuri, stocuri.
  • Te asiguri că datele despre stocuri, ajustări și batch management sunt corecte.
  • Contribui la setările de forecast și replenishment.
  • Ajuți la integrarea ERP cu alte sisteme (WMS, e-commerce, EDI, POS, BI etc.).
  • Gestionezi datele master (produse, furnizori, clienți), te ocupi de curățarea lor și de migrare în proiectele de upgrade/rollout.
  • Participi la testări (UAT) pentru funcționalități noi și te asiguri că totul merge brici la implementare.
  • Oferi training colegilor din Finance & Supply Chain pentru folosirea eficientă a ERP-ului.
  • Ții documentația și procedurile la zi.

Ce ar fi bine să aduci cu tine:

  • 3–5 ani experiență în suport ERP (
    Microsoft Navision/Business Central
    sau sisteme similare).
  • Cunoștințe solide de
    procese financiare
    (contabilitate, controlling, fiscalitate) și
    Supply Chain
    (achiziții, logistică, stocuri).
  • Înțelegere bună a structurii de date ERP și a modului în care modulele se leagă între ele.
  • Experiență cu
    SQL, Jet Reports sau PowerBI
    – reprezintă un avantaj.
