We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Test Engineer with a strong focus on E-commerce, ERP, and PLM systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our business-critical applications by designing, executing, and automating test processes. This role will play a key part in driving our testing strategy towards automation and continuous improvement. The person needs to have 5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Design & Execution
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated end-to-end test cases across E-commerce, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), and PLM (flexPLM) platforms.
  • Document and report test results, defects, and quality metrics in a clear and professional manner.
  • Test Data Management
  • Define, create, and maintain test data sets to support functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards.
  • Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the transition from manual to automated testing, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with business teams and project managers to ensure alignment on requirements and quality goals.
  • Provide professional test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software testing for E-commerce, ERP, and PLM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and PLM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, defect management, and QA processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Azure DevOps Test Plans, Postman, UIPath or similar).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives towards automation.
  • English speaking

Nice-to-Have

  • ISTQB or similar testing certification.
  • Experience with performance and security testing.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
