Responsabilități principale

  • Participă activ la îmbunătățirea și dezvoltarea analizelor, rapoartelor și dashboard-urilor BI:
  • Realizează analiza gap-urilor dintre soluțiile actuale și cerințele de business.
  • Identifică funcționalități noi și propune soluții tehnice.
  • Elaborează design-ul de soluție și specificațiile tehnice pentru transformarea, profilarea și analiza datelor.
  • Analizează și evaluează sursele structurate de date:
  • Implementează și automatizează procesele de extragere a datelor/KPI.
  • Optimizează procesele existente de extragere și prelucrare a datelor.
  • Definește, documentează și validează cerințele și specificațiile de business pentru proiecte noi din zona de date, inclusiv criteriile de acceptanță.
  • Contribuie la identificarea de insight-uri relevante din date și sprijină adoptarea acestora de către echipa Business Retail BT.

Cerințe tehnice și abilități

  • Expertiză tehnică în livrarea soluțiilor de analiză a datelor:
  • Cunoașterea limbajelor de programare sau a softurilor utilizate pentru analiza datelor (Excel, SQL).
  • Abilități de data discovery și dezvoltare de rapoarte.
  • Experiență în automatizarea proceselor și dezvoltarea de dashboard-uri BI (preferabil Qlik Sense).
  • Capacitate de analiză, sinteză și corelare a informațiilor:
  • Interpretarea și analiza datelor pentru a facilita luarea deciziilor de business.
  • Identificarea rapidă a deficiențelor, dependențelor și a impactului acestora asupra proceselor.
  • Atenție la detalii și capacitate de follow-up pentru implementarea corectă a cerințelor.
  • Spirit de echipă și orientare spre colaborare pentru identificarea celor mai bune soluții și generarea de valoare adăugată pentru colectivul de date.

Constituie un avantaj

  • Experiență în data reporting și utilizarea SQL sau a cel puțin unuia dintre softurile Tableau, Qlik Sense sau Power BI.
