We are currently seeking a motivated
Data Analyst
to join our Sentrisk Solution team. You will play a key role in leading client onboarding initiatives, ensuring the successful integration of client data into the Sentrisk AI platform, supporting supply chain risk analytics, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and global clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, has advanced Excel skills, and can think critically about how to structure and clean data before running any analysis. You'll also have the opportunity to work with/learn Python to help us improve delivery efficiency through automation.

We will count on you to:

• Lead Client Onboarding & Delivery: Request necessary data from MMC colleagues and clients, coordinating the collection process effectively.
• Data Preparation & Management: Clean, structure, and transform datasets from multiple sources (Excel, CSV, database exports) into client-ready formats. Apply advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, nested formulas, text functions, lookups) to analyse data.
• Data Templates: Fill data templates with great diligence and attention to detail, including data from client-provided sources and external research where needed.
• Data Review: Review data provided by colleagues and clients, following up with questions and comments to ensure accuracy.
• Documentation: Document data updates and assumptions made in client-facing documentation to maintain clarity and transparency.
• Support Analytics: Assist in analytics on client data using Sentrisk AI tools, initiate client processing, and run existing analytics tools.
• Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews and quality checks of deliverables, ensuring consistency and integrity of results, while suggesting areas for improvement (e.g., analytics refinements).
• Client Communication: Engage with end clients through email communication and follow-ups, as well as some verbal discussions, to ensure their needs are met.

What you need to have:

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or similar roles involving hands-on data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, text manipulation, conditional formatting, etc.).
• Client engagement experience: ability to work effectively with end clients, requiring clear email communication and follow-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.

• Ability to analyse data closely, identify meaningful trends, and present actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Knowledge or interest in supply chain management is a bonus.
