Your Role:
Content Moderator - Danish/Swedish/Norwegian – on site Bucharest
This isn't just another desk job. You'll be the first line of defense, helping keep the internet a safe and respectful place. Get ready for a role that demands resilience and sharp judgment as you review and moderate online content to ensure it meets compliance standards. This position will require you to tackle sensitive topics, but the work you do will make a real difference.
Important:
This job may involve reviewing sensitive content, including graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech. There is a clear desk policy in the office. A 24/7 schedule is required for this role. Office is located in Sector 2.
Your Responsibilities:
- Stay on top of evolving content guidelines and client policies.
- Review and moderate videos, social media posts, web pages, and ads, ensuring everything aligns with compliance rules.
- Identify and flag non-compliant content, helping keep the online space safe.
- Offer insights and feedback to improve tools, policies, and processes.
- Expand your knowledge by understanding related policies and guidelines.
- Train and support team members when needed, becoming a trusted resource in your team.
- Ensure performance metrics are hit, while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Embrace the fast-paced, dynamic nature of this project, showing a hunger to learn and grow
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in Swedish/Danish/Norwegian (C1) and English (minimum C1).
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to make an impact.
