Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule including weekends with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
- Proficient level of Italian Min C1.
- Proficient level of English Min C1.
- Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset.
- High School Degree.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the client.
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance.
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video, or another format daily.
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
- Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to.
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager.
- Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI's and all performance metrics are met.
- Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions.
Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project.
