We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate our internal control & corporate security department to strengthen our governance framework, ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and support continuous improvement across all business units. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing, testing, and enhancing controls that help the organization operate safely and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
•
Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures.
• Monitoring compliance with industry regulations, internal policies and best practices.
• Conduct control reviews in all departments and operational audits across processes, performing post-control analyses to identify inefficiencies, weaknesses, fraud risks and compliance gaps and proposing corrective actions based on them.
• Managing corporate security and incidents and reporting to management and governance bodies.
• Leading the department team
• Performing regular analyses and reports to be presented to the company's board.
Requirements
- Higher education (Economics, Finance, Law);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/non-banking, of which at least 2 years in internal control or security.
- Solid knowledge of industry regulations and international standards.
- Leadership, analysis and management skills.
