Your mission

Join us as a Internal control officer and help shape the future of NN.

In this role, you'll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with risk assessments, monitoring internal controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvements.

What will you do?

• Take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of the applicable normative acts and the internal procedures of the company & formulating proposals to remedy non-compliance situations;

• Regularly monitors and verifies the corresponding application of the normative acts' provisions specific to the activity of voluntary pension funds administration and of the internal procedures, keeping the record of the discovered irregularities;

• Participates in the elaboration of the internal control plan and in the development of the specific activities according to the plan and assure that all control missions are done accordingly;

• Informs the management of the first line of defense involved, on the risks identified through the monitoring activities and proposes new measures to remedy them;

• Ensures the fulfillment requests formulated by Authority in carrying out the control of the activity of the administrator and / or of the private pension funds and of the measures ordered by Authority;

What will you bring?

• Relevant experience in internal control activity and/or experience in pension administration industry – at least 3 years

• University degree preferably in Economics or Law;

• Advanced comunication skills in english

• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 11,873 and 16,962RONgross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience andskills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
