  • Capacitatea de a lucra în echipa si de a gasi solutii rapide si eficiente;
  • Experienta in domeniul asigurarilor/serviciilor financiare reprezinta un avantaj.
  • Deținerea certificatului ISF constituie un avantaj,
    însă oferim suport pentru obținerea acestuia candidaților care nu îl dețin.

Ce presupune acest rol?

  • Stabilirea obiectivelor de vanzari pentru dezvoltarea unui portofoliu sustenabil de clienti;
  • Prospectarea si abordarea clientilor potentiali;
  • Identificarea si analizarea nevoilor financiare ale clientilor;
  • Construirea de solutii personalizate și colaborarea cu clientii pentru a stabili variantele optime;
  • Monitorizarea si finalizarea contractelor;
  • Administrarea si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu clientii din portofoliu.

    Se lucrează pe bază de contract de colaborare, cu comision și bonusuri.

    PFI/PFA
    . Te ajutăm cu procesul de deschidere.
  • Dezvoltare personala prin desfasurarea unei activitati independente intr-un mediu sigur, alaturi de un mentor dedicat, cu un program flexibil, adaptat nevoilor tale personale;
  • Training constant, personalizat pentru dezvoltarea ta profesionala;
  • Parteneriat cu peste 20 de asiguratori, pentru a gasi cele mai bune solutii pentru clientii tai;
