About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CRM Support Specialist with strong expertise in Siebel applications. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing IT solutions for the banking sector. Join our dynamic team and help drive impactful changes in banking IT.

What You Will Do:

·      Provide L2/L3 support for Siebel applications in the banking industry

·      Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Siebel Workflows, Business Components, Integration Objects, EAI, and eScript

·      Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve incidents

·      Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues

·      Participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance activities, as required

Profile:

·      Strong expertise in Siebel applications

·      Solid understanding of Oracle/DB2/SQL databases and the Siebel Data Model

·      Familiarity with the Siebel Product Configurator and Siebel Open UI

·      Experience troubleshooting Siebel EAI, including Web Services, MQ, and REST

·      A good level of French is a plus

·      A responsible attitude and strong ambition to achieve your goals
