An international technology organisation is expanding its remote operations team and is seeking motivated, skilled, and ambitious professionals based in
Romania
. These roles support global business operations across applications, cloud environments, enterprise systems, and infrastructure.

We welcome
experienced engineers
, as well as
recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience
, provided they possess relevant academic background, technical skills, or strong motivation to grow.

All positions are fully remote, but candidates must be physically based in Romania.

Open Positions

1. Application Operations Engineer

Support the daily stability, performance, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.

Ideal for candidates with interest or experience in monitoring tools, scripting, performance analysis, and cross‑team collaboration.

2. Application Operations Engineer (Mobile APP)

Focus on mobile application performance and stability across iOS and Android environments.

Perfect for candidates who have used or supported mobile applications—experience with automotive/new‑energy apps is a plus.

3. Cloud Operations Engineer

Assist in managing cloud platform environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitor cloud resources, support security practices, and collaborate with senior cloud engineers.

Great for early‑career professionals passionate about cloud technologies and containerization.

4. SAP FICO Operations Engineer

Support SAP Finance & Controlling modules, troubleshoot finance processes, collaborate with global teams, and help maintain system stability.

Suitable for candidates with interest or education in finance, accounting, or ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not required for junior candidates.

5. Desktop Support Engineer

Provide remote IT support, diagnose user issues, manage devices (Windows/macOS), and maintain technical documentation.

Ideal for junior IT support professionals or graduates familiar with operating systems and troubleshooting.

6. Network & Security Support Engineer

Maintain network performance, support access‑control systems, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with network device configurations.

Well suited for candidates interested in networking fundamentals, protocols, or security best practices.

7. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Support the stability, reliability, and automation of distributed systems using tools related to DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

General Requirements for All Roles

• Must be based in Romania
• Fluent English
  (spoken and written)
• Additional languages are a strong plus (e.g., Chinese, Spanish, German, Arabic, Malay, etc.)
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance (for SAP), or a related field — OR equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
