The Role

  • Source, interview, and place top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer
  • Offering consultancy and support both for your candidates
  • Identify market trends & create client-focused solutions
  • Hit targets while collaborating with a strong, supportive team
  • Making sure that the right candidate is placed in the right job

What you'll bring

  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant (IT experience ideal)
  • Ability and creativity to find strong candidates and efficiently communicate with professionals from your specialisms.
  • Resilience, ambition, and excellent communication
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset
  • Willingness to become an expert in recruitment industry
  • English - Advanced
