Information Security Specialist

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.

The Chief Security Office's (CSO) mission is to protect Deutsche Bank's business, clients, assets, and employees. CSO´s External Engagement Team is globally responsible to manage interactions with key stakeholders including regulators, clients, analysts, investors and boards. Our delivery is essential to build and maintain trust and through that enable and support the bank´s business. As part of the team, you will be working closely with Subject Matter Experts and senior management to develop reports and presentations for these key stakeholders.

As a security organization, it is important that we communicate clearly, understandably, and consistently with our key stakeholders inside and outside the security organization. To this end, we are looking for an information security specialist, responsible for a range of tasks including stakeholder engagement, content creation and management as well as knowledge and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, run and continually enhance our internal processes to support high-quality content outputs.
• Manage and support smaller projects and workshops.
• Develop the agenda, key messages and storyline, brief SMEs, draft and finalize reports and editorial work, manage delivery timelines and stakeholders.
• Support the creation of senior management updates and briefings on various security topics together with the respective SMEs across various divisions and countries.
• Contribute to the continuous update and enhancement of our knowledge base.

• Strong conceptual and storytelling skills. Demonstrable experience in successfully communicating complex subjects in English (written/oral).
• Thrive in a fast-paced global environment, keeping up with technical innovation. Ideally, you have good knowledge of information security and related topics.
• Problem solving attitude and a demonstrated curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Ability to identify valid sources and analyse large volumes of information quickly.
• High-quality approach, also under time pressure and with evolving priorities. Flexible and professional handling of multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to establish trustful partnerships. Experience in working with and supporting senior management.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams as collaboration tools.
