Additional Information

Ideal Candidate:

  • Appetite for information, processes and systems;
  • English-medium level (read, write, speak);
  • Familiarity with the SAP system;
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines;
  • Economic Studies graduate,

Job Description: 

  • Register the invoices in SAP;
  • Participation, checking the accuracy of suppliers' and customers' accounts;
  • Reconciliation of suppliers/customer accounts;
  • Prepare different reports when needed;
  • Analysing of partner's files and ensuring connection with customers and suppliers;
  • Ensure the existence of necessary documentation for invoices.
