To further extend our niche product, a highly available Java server software, we're looking for self-organized programmers with the desire to become experts in the Java ecosystem.

About you

Hard facts:

  • University degree in Computer Science (Bachelor), top 20% student
  • Hands-on experience with Java, can get a programming assignment done
  • English: fluent speaking and writing, any other language a plus

Attitude:

  • you're sold on Java
  • you enjoy programming
  • organized, self motivated
  • positive person
  • results driven "finishes the job"
  • don't have to "know it all", but interested in learning technologies
  • attention to detail

Knowledge in these technologies is required:

  • Java SE
  • Maven
  • SQL; a certain level is mandatory
  • Basic Linux skills
  • Testing tools (JUnit, TestNG)

Any of these is a plus:

  • Web Services
  • Elasticsearch
