Nous cherchons à embaucher un(e) Analyste a pour objectif d'assurer au quotidien le bon traitement opérationnel des flux de paiements des clients. Il est en charge de l'analyse niveau 2 des anomalies techniques relevées et des remontées clients ainsi que du pilotage des incidents sur les applicatifs des moyens de paiement.
Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:
Apporter conseil et assistance aux clients internes Réseau France, Back-Office et Middle Office sur les paiements ;Réceptionner et traiter les demandes des clients internes ou des SAU niveau 1 en lien avec les équipes de support technique et fonctionnel du SI ;Participer aux comités incidents des applicatifs de la filière d'appartenance ;Assurer le paramétrage applicatif et/ou bancaire et traiter les rejets complexes ;Accompagner les superviseurs sur la compréhension des traitements techniques ;Participer activement à la préparation des évolutions applicatives en lien avec les référents filières et assurer le suivi post évolution en lien avec les superviseurs et les conseillers ;Participer à la gestion des incidents en contribuant à la détection des dysfonctionnements, l'analyse des impacts et à la communication ;Être force de proposition pour l'optimisation des traitements, procédures et actions de fiabilisation.-
