Join Our Team as a Client Service Specialist
As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be the key link between our plant's supply chain and our customers. Your mission? Ensure smooth order management, timely deliveries, and excellent customer experience—all while keeping processes on track.

What You'll Do

  • Order Management: Enter and update customer orders in SAP, check weekly demand vs. capacity, and flag any issues early.
  • Forecast & Demand: Monitor forecasts, improve accuracy, and apply corrective actions when needed.
  • Logistics Coordination: Act as the daily contact for delivery plans, follow up on delays, and manage special shipments.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle logistics complaints, close claims, and drive improvements.
  • Performance Tracking: Report delivery performance, follow recovery plans, and suggest actions to boost results.
  • Customer Care: Maintain strong relationships, meet specific requirements, and track satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with planning and logistics teams, join meetings, and support production transfers.
  • Admin Tasks: Use SAP and planning tools, manage invoicing, provide proof of delivery, and assist with audits.

What We Need
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience
3+ years in multinational companies

2+ years in supply chain

2+ years in customer management.

Skills: Excellent communication skills in English &German/French/Italian, both technical and non-technical. Strong computer and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in SAP.
