Cautam un Recruiter proactiv, adaptabil si orientat catre rezultate, care sa contribuie la atragerea si selectia celor mai potrivite talente pentru toate liniile noastre de business.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Colaboreaza cu managerii, partenerii interni si externi pentru a intelege nevoile de recrutare si pentru a dezvolta parteneriate strategice;
  • Identifica si atrage candidati potriviti folosind diverse canale (online, offline, networking, headhunting);
  • Gestioneaza intregul ciclu de recrutare – de la definirea profilului, publicarea anunturilor si selectia CV-urilor, pana la interviuri, ofertare si onboarding;
  • Dezvolta si mentine un flux constant de candidati, utilizand metode proactive de cautare;
  • Propune si implementeaza metode de atragere inovatoare;
  • Gestioneaza programele de recrutare dedicate studentilor, universitatilor si scolilor profesionale (inclusiv internshipuri);
  • Ofera rapoarte clare si actualizate privind activitatea de recrutare si performanta proceselor.
Cerinte:
  • Experienta relevanta de 3–4 ani in proiecte de recrutare complexe;
  • Experienta solida in gestionarea intregului proces de recrutare si in colaborarea directa cu stakeholderi interni;
  • Cunostinte bune privind metodele si practicile actuale de recrutare;
  • Atitudine proactiva, disciplinata si orientata catre solutii;
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare, relationare si organizare;
  • Flexibilitate, curiozitate si dorinta de invatare continua;
  • Cunostinte solide de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
