IT (Business) Solutions Architect

We are seeking a technically skilled and business-oriented
Solution Architect to join our Corporate IT team. In this hands-on role, you
will design and implement end-to-end IT solutions that support business growth,
operational efficiency, and innovation. You will work closely with business
stakeholders, developers, and the enterprise architecture team to deliver
scalable, integrated, and future-ready solutions—especially in the areas of
business applications, process automation, and AI.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement IT solutions that meet business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
  
• Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to the technical implementation of solutions, including prototyping, configuration, and integration.
  
• Business Application Enablement: Design and support solutions across key business domains, including sales, marketing, customer engagement, and service platforms.
  
• Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for automating business processes using modern tools and platforms.
  
• AI Integration: Collaborate on the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  
• Architecture Alignment: Ensure all solutions are consistent with the enterprise architecture roadmap and IT strategy.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.
  
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
• Support & Optimization: Provide technical support during and after implementation, and continuously improve system performance and maintainability.
  
  

• You should have
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, software development, or systems integration.
  
• Proven experience with business applications in areas such as CRM, marketing automation, and customer service platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and automation tools (e.g., BPM, RPA platforms).
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in business contexts.
  
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
