Your Profile:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields;
  • Portfolio:
    Proven track record, examples of managed campaigns or a content portfolio;
  • Consumer focus:
    Strong sensitivity to customer insights, reviews, and feedback, with the ability to integrate them into the communication strategy;
  • Creativity & storytelling:
    Ability to transform technical product details (e.g., home appliances features) into engaging, easy-to-understand content;
  • Project management:
    Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication skills:
    Excellent writing and editing abilities, with the talent to adapt brand tone of voice across different platforms. Languages: Excellent Romanian language skills (grammar and writing) and fluency in English;
  • Experience:
    3 years of managing social media accounts for brands, ideally in FMCG, retail, or agencies with diverse portfolios.
  • Digital ecosystem knowledge:
    Strong command of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the ability to adapt content to each platform's specifics;
  • Data-driven approach
    : Ability to use analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Sprout) for reporting and optimization. AI & Content Tools: Familiarity with content generation/optimization tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, MidJourney) and the ability to use them responsibly for efficiency;
  • SEO and Keyword Research:
    basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and keyword research in order to optimize social media content for better visibility and discoverability.

Your responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning


• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audiences for multiple brands;


• Ensure strategic integration of brand identity, tone of voice and customer insights across all platforms.

Content Creation & Management


• Collaborate with agencies to create engaging, high-quality content for each social media platform, with a strong emphasis on short-form video;


• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and oversee content publishing across channels.

Community Engagement


• Monitor content and foster a positive online community through timely, professional, and meaningful interactions;


• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Social Media Advertising


• Collaborate with the digital media agency to oversee continuous always-on paid campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring consistent reach, engagement and performance;


• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Analytics & Reporting


• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions etc.);


• Generate regular reports with insights on audience behavior, content effectiveness, and growth opportunities;


• Use tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Sprout Social to drive data informed decisions.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring


• Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, social media trends, and emerging tools;


• Leverage AI-driven solutions / tools to optimize workflows and improve content productio;


• Identify opportunities to innovate and experiment with new formats to maximize results.

Collaboration & Partnerships


• Work cross-functionally with marketing, PM, PR, sales and customer care teams to align campaigns and messaging;


• Coordinate with influencers, micro-creators, and industry partners to extend brand reach and credibility;


• Manage external agencies and ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
