  • Cunoştinţe detaliate ale oricărui sistem ERP
  • Cunoştinţe aprofundate in Solid Edge, orientare spre proiectare
  • Fluența în limba engleză este o cerință obligatorie
  • Cunoștințe avansate de limba germană reprezintă un avantaj
  • Cunoștințe de lucru pe calculator (Ms.Office, Infor-LN sau sistem ERP similar, cunoştinţe detaliate în orice modul MRP)

Descrierea jobului

  • Se implica in dezvoltarea noilor produse, pentru optimizarea si armonizarea proiectelor cu tehnicile de producție
  • Asigura interfața intre echipa de dezvoltare si producție
  • Conduce interdisciplinar echipele de proiect
  • Coordonează implementarea modificărilor in producția de serie
  • Urmărește producția unităților tip mostra si documentează procesul acestora
  • Analizează/modifica desenele de asamblare 3D si 2D pentru implementare
  • Participa activ la implementarea Normelor si Specificațiilor interne
  • Creează planul de implementare proiect, planul de amplasare, pașii de lucru, documentația aferenta proiectului, instrucțiunile de lucru, conform standardului intern
  • Parcurge teste de prototip, prima serie si creează rapoarte de evaluare tehnica
  • Colaborează cu celelalte departamente in vederea realizării proiectului in termenul stabilit
  • Dezvolta potențialul pentru îmbunătățirea productivității
  • Supervizează implementarea in producția de produse prototip si de prima serie
  • Supraveghează toate procesele de producţie până la expediere şi propune îmbunătăţiri
  • Respecta termenele limită
  • Creează comenzile de producție pentru mostre
  • Participa activ la ședințe interne pentru îmbunătățiri proces/ produs
