Disponibilitate pentru a lucra in ture intr-un mediu de productie alimentare Controleaza respectarea parametrilor tehnologici stabiliti.

Verifica punctele critice de control (PCC) aEUR" detectorul de metale sau i, celor ce rezulta in urma studiului HACCP.

Efectueaza pe parcursul procesului de productie controlul de calitate al produsului finit in conformitate cu procedurile in uz.

Preleveaza probe de produs din fiecare lot, pe fiecare schimb si le depoziteaza in camera de contraprobe, notand ora si data recoltarii probei.

Controleaza conditiile de depozitare a produsului finit (curatenie, temperatura).

Completeaza zilnic fornularele aferente si verifica completarea formularelor de pe fiecare linie de productie.

Inregistreaza controalele efectuate in SAP.

Verifica in permanenta respectarea de catre angajati a bunelor practici de lucru in industria alimentara si a normelor de igiena pentru industria alimentara.

Necesita n nivel de studii medii/superioare,

Va avea cunostinte de utilizare calculator: Office (Word, Excel).

Experienta si eficienta in operarea echipamentelor de laborator precum si experienta intr-un laborator de analize sunt de dorit.

Engleza scrisa si vorbita la un nivel profesional. Pozitia presupune prezenta in fabrica noastra din Clinceni.
