Travel and Expenses Controller

  • Proven experience in travel coordination, expense management, or a similar finance/admin role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with expense management or ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday ( 09:00 - 18:00)
  • Manage and control all employee business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.).
  • Review and approve travel requests in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support employees with travel booking processes and expense submission questions.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure timely reimbursement and correct accounting of expenses.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agencies and negotiate for favorable rates.
  • Track and report on travel and expense spend; identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the company's travel and expense policies and procedures as needed.
