Currently, we are looking for
Electrical Site Engineer Romania
for our photovoltaic farm projects in the Cluj-Napoca area. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful realization of our solar projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site.
• Ensure construction work follows technical specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards.
• Review electrical designs, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) for solar projects.
• Supervise installation of solar panels, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and electrical panels.
• Ensure proper routing and installation of cables, conduits, grounding, and protection systems.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and quality checks of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site labor for electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and commissioning.
• Maintain records of tests, inspections, and system performance; assist in handover documentation.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installations,
  working on large-scale PV projects
  , preferably in Romania
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Good knowledge of electrical design software like AutoCAD, PVSyst
• English at the communicative level, Romanian language will be a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of electrical wiring, grounding, and protection systems.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical components.
• Knowledge of national and international electrical codes (IEC, NEC, IEEE).
• Ability to coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for seamless execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
