Care sunt responsabilitatile postului?

Coordoneaza implementarea proiectelor, asigurand livrarea acestora in buget, la timp si la nivelul de calitate solicitat
Monitorizeaza permanent progresul lucrarilor, marja proiectului si executia bugetului, luand masuri pentru maximizarea rezultatelor
Asigura respectarea cerintelor legale si a normelor de sanatate si securitate in munca in toate etapele proiectului
Gestioneaza relatia cu clientul, identificand noi oportunitati de colaborare si comunicand eficient pentru succesul proiectului
Participa activ la etapele de ofertare, contractare si lansare a proiectului
Planifica si coordoneaza resursele necesare (umane, materiale, logistice) pentru buna desfasurare a lucrarilor
Organizeaza sedinte de proiect (KOM, evaluari periodice, retur de experienta etc.) si valideaza documentatia tehnica si administrativa
Monitorizeaza indicatorii de performanta (tehnici, financiari, HSE) si propune actiuni corective acolo unde este cazul
Coordoneaza echipa de proiect si contribuie la integrarea, dezvoltarea si evaluarea membrilor echipei

Ce asteptam de la tine?

Studii superioare tehnice
Experienta anterioara in management de proiecte, preferabil in domeniul industrial sau constructii
Cursuri de project management – constituie un avantaj
Cunostinte bune de operare PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, software specific proiectelor)
Limba engleza – nivel mediu-avansat (franceza – avantaj)
Abilitati de planificare, organizare si coordonare
Capacitate de leadership si motivare a echipelor
Abilitati de comunicare excelente, atat in scris, cat si verbal
Spirit antreprenorial, integritate si orientare catre rezultat
Notiuni solide de gestionare financiara a proiectelor
Disponibilitate pentru deplasari in tara, in functie de proiectele coordinate
