Software Design Manager / BA Manager

  • Responsible for all staff that are part of Software Design/ Business analysis:
    People Management, Recruitment, Allocation, Performance Management
  • Responsible for quality of business analysis across all projects in vertical
  • Involved in the Ideas Evaluation flow for shaping the delivery for incoming projects
  • Responsible for setting up the standards for business analysis in delivery, alongside the IT Solutions Chapter leads

If you'll join our team, you will be challenged to:

  • Understand and effectively apply business analysis knowledge domain.
  • Collaborate closely with the business lines (product owner, business advocate, business owner) to articulate and define product roadmaps and implementation timelines.
  • Analyze needs and solutions, develop strategies, and facilitate efficient collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Independently integrate information and knowledge from diverse data sources, processes, and systems pertinent to business analysis.
  • Validate and verify information to identify solution options that align with business requirements.
  • Define the solution approach and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that the designed and delivered solutions are aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Contribute to sprint planning and estimation by identifying dependencies, constraints, and impacts.
  • Establish and implement effective Agile practices for requirements creation and management.
  • Develop training materials and guidance to assist stakeholders in enhancing their efficiency with analysis tools.
  • Innovate new approaches for utilizing tools or processes.
  • Continuously evaluate efficiency from both client and business perspectives, incorporating external insights into the work.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Experience in developing requirements for technology platforms utilized in the banking sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in managing large technical programs or projects within a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, resolve complex problems, and manage conflicting requirements.
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities within teams.
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing strong relationships at all hierarchical levels.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment.
  • Good understanding of systems employed in banking.
  • Proficient analytical skills and sound judgment to identify, prioritize, structure, and address complex problems.
