Production preparation SpecialistArbeitsabläufe vorbereiten/ Prepare Workflows➢ Arbeitsabläufe planen und der jeweiligen Produktgruppe zuweisen/ Plan workflows and assign them to corresponding product group➢ Arbeitsablaufgestaltung im Zusammenwirken von Resource Mensch, Material, Arbeitsmittel Workflow /Design in the interaction of human resource, material, work equipment➢ Gestalten von Arbeitsabläufen / Design of workflowsAnlage und Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP System Creation and care of master data in ERP system➢ ERP Struktur nach Produktgruppe aufbauen / Build ERP structure by product group➢ Produktstrukturen anreichern / Further develop product structures➢ Daten pflegen / aktuell halten / Maintain data / keep it up to date➢ Daten anpassen - > bei Änderungen am Arbeitsablauf / Produkt / Adjust data -> for changes to the workflow / productStücklisten anlegen / pflegen Create / Maintain BOMs➢ Transfer der konstruktiven Stückliste in eine fertigungsgerechte Stückliste /Transfer of the constructive parts list into a production ready parts list➢ Stücklisten pflegen / aktuell halten / Maintain parts lists / keep them up to dateDokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen / Documentation of workflows➢ Fertigungunterlagen in Arbeitsmappen zusammenstellen / Manage production documents in work folders➢ Technische Zeichnungen drucken / Print technical drawings➢ Arbeitsanweisungen / Fotodokumentationen / Videos erstellen / Create work instructions / photo documentation / videos➢ Einrichten von digitalen Arbeitsplätzen, Handlungen und Abläufe visualisieren / Visualize setting up workplaces, actions and processes➢ Dokumentationen / Formulare / Zeichnungen gemäß der gültigen Normen (ISO TS 16949, ISO 9000) akutell halten/  Keep documetation / forms / drawings up to date in accordance with the applicable standards ( ISO TS 16949, ISO 9000)Standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit Cross-site collaboration➢ Komplette Arbeitsabläufe oder einzelne Arbeitsschritte für ein Produkt übernehmen, integrieren und vorbereiten/  Manage complete workflows or individual working steps for a product/process➢ Fertiungsunterlagen übernehmen und für die Verwendung am Standort aufbereiten / Adjust and implement production documents for use at the local site➢ Änderungsmitteilungen bearbeiten und für den Standort übernehmen / Edit change notifications and apply them to the locationAnforderungen Requirements➢ Erfahrung in der technischen Sachbearbeitung / Experience in technical processing➢ Sorgfältiges Arbeiten im Umgang mit Systemnummern / Take responsibility when dealing with system numbers➢ Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen / Independent use of SAP / MS Office tools➢ Erfahrung im produzierenden Gewerbe oder in der Metallverarbeitung von Vorteil / Experience in the manufacturing industry or in metalworking is an advantage
