The intern position is part of the Commercial Distribution team, Marketing division for Dacia brand in Romania.

Job Description

• As an intern in the Market Analysis & Forecasting team for Dacia Romania, you will play a key role in supporting local Marketing Team business intelligence activities.
• Primary responsibilities include analyzing and reporting key commercial and business performance indicators to identify local trends and opportunities.
• You will manage vehicle document flows, evaluating potential areas for improvements in efficiency. A significant part of your role will involve data cleansing—ensuring the accuracy, consistency and relevance of large datasets.
• Additionally, you will directly contribute to key indicators for the company, registrations level and market share
• This will require working closely with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing structured and meaningful insights. Your work will support strategic planning and contribute to the overall marketing direction of Dacia in Romania.

What You Will Learn

• This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in data analysis, upstream commercial and logistic flows within the automotive industry.
• You will learn to navigate Renault Group data mining tools.
• Through hands-on involvement in real use cases, you will develop a deeper understanding of how market trends impact business strategies and product planning.
• Additionally, you will enhance your communication skills by preparing reports and presenting insights to stakeholders, learning how to structure bottom-up communication effectively.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams will provide insight into how different business units collaborate to drive performance.
• You will also develop analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to data interpretation.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree: Economics, Statistics or Marketing.
• We are looking for a motivated, analytical and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
• A minimum intermediate level of English is required to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills, pragmatism & ability to prioritize tasks efficiently will be essential in managing data-heavy assignments.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are crucial, as you will interact with various stakeholders and support key decision-making processes.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear conclusions are highly valued in this role.
