Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: Romania (Remote – Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our commercial presence in Romania and are looking for independent sales agents to strengthen our customer network across construction, industrial, and marine sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a portfolio of clients (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities). Promote our full product range (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine paints, decorative coatings, wood coatings, floor coatings). Identify new B2B leads and introduce Gen Boya to the Romanian market. Conduct customer visits, manage follow-ups, and maintain long-term relationships. Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare and submit quotations. Provide weekly activity reports (visits, quotations, potential projects). What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or B2B technical sales. An existing network in the Romanian construction or industrial sectors is a strong advantage. Self-driven, independent, and target-oriented. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule. English required; Romanian is an advantage.
