What you'll achieve

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer's business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

  • Applies broad expertise and knowledge across highly specialized fields or multiple related disciplines.

  • Leads and contributes to the development of company objectives and principles, achieving goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.

  • Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.

  • Is accountable for outcomes that may have a significant impact on the overall function.

Essential Requirements

  • 9+ years of software development experience

  • Prompt Engineering – Zero-shot / Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, Output formatting, Role-based prompting

  • LLM APIs & SDKs – OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face

  • Embeddings & Chunking – Sentence Transformers, OpenAI embeddings, recursive and semantic splitting

  • Vector Databases

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field

  • Agent Frameworks - LangChain Agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
