THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Risk Agent to join its team in Romania.

As a Risk Agent, you will guarantee the financial integrity of client casinos and players using the Gaming1 platform, as well as to ensure the supervision and care of low to medium risk players in accordance with the monitoring protocol established by the line manager.

YOUR ROLE

  • Handling the operational tasks of the Risk & Finance process up to a certain level of risk.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the operational teams
  • Analysis and management of low-risk gamblers
  • Monitoring the internal detection tool (ROBIN)

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or experience in online gaming, e-commerce, online payment or banking.
  • Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch
  • Expertise in customer support.
  • Expertise in written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations on protecting players from the risks of addiction (Responsible Gaming) is a plus.
  • General knowledge of anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
  • General knowledge of local and international online gaming regulations
  • General knowledge of personal data protection obligations (GDPR).
  • Basic knowledge of information security concepts (ISMS).
  • Good command of IT tools
