About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of the user interfaces for the $SRC Ecosystem, an AI-powered blockchain trade finance platform solving the global $2.5 trillion financing gap.

You will take ownership of the entire frontend architecture, user experience, and implementation of our complex trade flows across exporters, importers, liquidity providers (LPs), and administrators.

This is a senior leadership role where you will define the frontend roadmap, mentor junior developers, and work directly with backend, blockchain, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Development

Lead the development of all frontend applications using , React, and TypeScript.

Architect scalable, modular UI components aligned with the SRC design system (black & gold branding).

Implement dashboards for exporters, importers, LPs, admins, and compliance teams.

Ensure seamless integration with backend Java APIs and blockchain data (Ethereum, Ripple rails).

Blockchain & Web3 Integration

Implement wallet connection flows (MPC Wallet).

Integrate frontend with smart contract endpoints and transaction monitoring layers.

Build reusable hooks for reading and writing on-chain data ).

User Experience & Flows

Lead design-to-development implementation with pixel perfection.

Build onboarding flows for KYC/KYB, trade creation, tokenization, payment, FX, and settlement workflows.

Ensure responsive UI across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor junior frontend developers.

Review code, ensure architecture quality, enforce best practices.

Own the frontend backlog, system documentation, and architecture diagrams.

Collaborate with backend (Java), blockchain engineers, and AI agents teams.

Performance, Security & Reliability

Optimize for speed, scalability, and SEO using best practices.

Implement secure session management, role-based flows, and data protection.

Ensure stable frontend performance even with large datasets (trade records, tokenized assets, invoices, etc.).

Requirements

8+ years experience with React and 6+ years with

Deep understanding of TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand), API integrations.

Experience integrating Web3: , viem, web3-react, Wagmi.

Strong knowledge of SSR/SSG, routing, caching, and performance optimization in

Experience building complex dashboards or financial/trade platforms.

Strong UI/UX awareness (TailwindCSS or styled-components).

Ability to lead, mentor, architect, and deliver under a rapidly scaling roadmap.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, trade finance, or blockchain tokenization.

Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth2, SSO, Web3 sign-in).

Understanding of backend communication protocols (REST/WebSockets).

Experience with AWS/GCP, CI/CD, Docker, and microfrontend patterns.

Background working with AI-driven or compliance-heavy systems.
