We are seeking an
IT Support professional
with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to provide efficient technical support for end user workplace technology. The ideal candidate should have proven skills in managing laptops, thin clients, and peripherals while demonstrating the ability to coordinate with global technical teams. Proficiency in English is required.

Main Responsibilities

The IT Support role entails ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology and carrying out essential hardware and support tasks.

  • Provide hands-on support for end-user technology including laptops and peripherals.
  • Perform hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, and setups.
  • Manage local stock and ensure accurate tracking of IT assets.
  • Support onsite technical operations, including basic server and networking tasks.
  • Coordinate with global AZ Tech teams for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot first-level hardware or connectivity issues as needed.
  • Create and manage user accounts and assist with related communications.
  • Travel to secondary sites for server room management and support.

Key Requirements

  • 4-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Proficiency in managing laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.
  • Good understanding of hardware tasks such as cabling and device setup.
  • Ability to manage stock and track IT assets accurately.
  • Experience in coordinating with global technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for first-level troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in server room management.
  • Knowledge of basic networking support.
  • Familiarity with IT-related change communication practices.

Other Details

Candidates should be prepared for possible travel to a second site and must possess a strong commitment to supporting IT operations efficiently.
