Job description

We are looking for two Field Technicians to support our O&M activities on our plants in Romania.

The figures will conduct the following activities:

  • Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic component manteinance, repair or replacement to solve malfunctions of PV plant's equipment;
  • Securing and monitoring the clean and tidy condition of the substation after job completion
  • Filling out work orders and check lists, confirming completed orders including proposals for an optimization of processes.
  • Checking tools and spare parts for accuracy, operational capability and completeness prior to starting work.
  • Being responsible for the equipment, vehicles with tools, personal protective equipment conditions and spare parts.
  • Ensuring on time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging.
  • Keep record of all activities performed and draft relevant reports at the end of the activity.
  • Constantly update and proactively collaborate with the Asset Management team.
  • Conducting activities safely and with an attention to detail; promoting and always demonstrating safe behavior and practices.

Requirements

  • Technical studies in electro-technology field ;

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the PV field;

  • Basic knowledge of written and spoken English;

  • Basic knowledge in working with MS-Office;

  • Driving license in class B;

  • ANRE Certification IIIB desired, IIA/B is required.

Proven experience with IT&Tc Equipment will be a plus.

Also the following skills:

  • High degree of flexibility.
  • Team working and operational readiness.
  • Open to intervene in weekends and outside business hours, if necessary, according to a schedule.
  • Proven capability of reading and understanding electrical diagrams and schemes.
  • Absolute readiness to travel in the designated area (southern Romania).
