Vous assurerez le
Support Technique
de premier niveau pour l'ensemble du réseau de magasins (équipements informatiques, caisses, outils bureautiques, serveurs), en garantissant une résolution rapide et conforme aux engagements de service (SLA).

Offre de l'employeur :

  • Le contrat est à durée déterminée de 3 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation.
  • Salaire :
    6000 RON net (prime de langue incluse)
  • Tickets restaurant :
    20 RON / jour
  • Abonnement médical
  • Horaire de travail
    : 9:30-18:00 Lundi-Vendredi
  • Le poste est 100 % en présentiel (situé à proximité de la station de métro Piața Muncii)

Responsabilités principales

  • Support aux utilisateurs (solutions de caisse, bureautique, téléphonie, PC, périphériques)
  • Surveillance des interfaces magasins / siège, contrôle des bases de données
  • Diagnostic et résolution des incidents techniques de niveau 1
  • Installation et configuration des équipements
  • Gestion des tickets via GLPI, suivi et escalade des cas complexes
  • Rédaction et mise à jour de procédures internes

Profil recherché

  • Excellente maîtrise du français
    à l'oral et à l'écrit (
    niveau C1 minimum
    )
  • Expérience de support technique/support client
  • Compétences techniques
    : Microsoft Office Suite
