We're hiring: Operations Manager – team coordination, process efficiency & financial control

to the table.

Someone who understands the importance of commercial margins, and also values well-run daily operations.

Location: Bucharest | Full-time | On-site

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations: accounting support, procurement, warehouse, and production;
  • Lead a small team and create a culture of accountability, structure, and continuous improvement;
  • Review commercial margins, track cashflow, and support informed decision-making;
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement better internal processes;
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for your team (as we don't have an in-house HR department).

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or process coordination;
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting, cost control, and team workflows;
  • Good leadership instincts: clear communication, follow-up, and team development;
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (cashflow, inventory, margin tracking);
  • Autonomy, structure, and the ability to prioritize;
  • Previous experience managing small team recruitment is a strong plus.
