Shuffler Supervisor

PURPOSE: The purpose of the position consists in overseeing the activities of production and operating staff, of the whole Shuffler's department. The

Shuffler Supervisor offers support in implementing all internal procedures, under the direction of the Shift Manager on duty.

MAIN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with the Shift Manager
  
  on duty in order to resolve immediate staff difficulties.

• Collaborates with other departments
  
  for a smooth operation.

• Monitors the Shufflers department by evaluating the performance of all staff and
  
  designs the training plan according to the company's strategic development plan and shuffle room requirements.

• Enforces safety, sanitation and internal regulations.

• Monitors operational quality and safety.

• Responsible for handling employee complaints and providing counselling.

• Constantly inspects studios, equipment and decor.

• Responsible for the department's weekly and monthly attendance.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Makes monthly meetings with Shuffler's team staff members, 1-2-1's and general meetings, and evaluates the knowledge and performance of everyone from the team.

• In coordination with the Shuffler Lead's resolves all department's issues. Reviews on a daily basis the handover notes of the Lead's.

• Monitors

  safety, makes sure that
  
  dealers/shufflers do not
  
  touch
  
  the
  
  equipment (cameras, lights, sound equipment, AC)

• Fills in the hand over list for the
  
  incoming
  
  shift
  
  with
  
  all
  
  pending
  
  issues.

• Constantly
  
  reports
  
  to
  
  Shift
  
  Manager and Studio Manager on duty
  
  irregularities
  
  that
  
  can
  
  be
  
  fixed
  
  during
  
  downtime.

• Performs as a shuffler in case of emergency or need.

• Perform
  
  other
  
  tasks as assigned
  
  by
  
  the company.
