Job Description Summary
Inside Service Sales apprentice in Romania will support the Service Sales team to grow the current GE HealthCare Imaging On Demand Services (ODS) and Service Contracts (MSA) business in the country. She/He will have the opportunity to cooperate with different functional teams (Service Account Leaders, Business operations, Field Service Engineers, Remote Service Leaders and Finance Team) and contribute to the Team Market success. The person will be asked to apply diligence, good work organization and strong communication skills to deliver the results in the most optimal way.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and timely deliver customer sales offers for On Demand Services (ODS) and Service Contracts (MSA) renewals.
- Follow up and close the submitted offers on Imaging ODS and MSA portfolio by phone or online.
- Work closely with the Service Account Leaders, Business operations, Field Service Engineers, Remote Service Leaders and Finance Team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and service agreements in the company tools.
- Lead regular ODS/MSA sales reviews with the regional service sales team.
- Partner with the regional service sales and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and lead generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, i.e. Biomedical Engineering, Business administration.
- Basic sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Romanian and English languages.
- Ability to prioritize and manage many immediate customer needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- "Can do" attitude and optimistic approach to work.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with service management platforms, i.e. ServiceMax.
