Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register incoming claims related to vehicle glass damage and roadside assistance requests and register them in the system;
  •  Verify policy coverage, driver eligibility, and incident details before initiating the claim process;
  • Send first letter to driver;
  •  Ensure timely processing of claims into the appropriate systems;
  •  Accurately record all claim information in internal systems and maintain complete case documentation;
  •  Identify cases requiring further investigation or escalation to second-level claims handlers or insurers;
  •  Ensure all activities align with company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements;
  • Perform a variety of claims management tasks and projects as necessary; back up structure scenario;
  •  Recommend and implement process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Office
  • English level - Minimum B2
  • Quality and accuracy oriented
  • Eager and able to learn quickly
  • Continuous improvement mindset ​
