Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Power BI Developer
to join our team on a hybrid basis in The Hague. You'll be part of an Agile environment, delivering high-quality dashboards, data models, and visualizations for operational and planning purposes.

Responsibilities

· Analyze existing data sources and capabilities

· Design and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations

· Perform data modeling, cleaning, and transformation

· Work with Azure DevOps and modern software factory environments

· Collaborate with users to gather and refine requirements

· Provide documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer

· Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives)

· Support testing and production environments

Requirements

· Bachelor's in data analytics, computer science, or similar

· 3-5 years of experience as a Power BI developer

· Strong skills in Microsoft SQL, data modeling, and business requirement translation

· Experience with improving and maintaining BI platforms

· Fluent in English, strong communication and collaboration skills

· Experience with Agile delivery and working in multinational teams

· Must have NATO clearance

Preferred

· Master's degree in a relevant field

· Strong problem-solving, ownership, and adaptability

· Familiarity with presenting to various stakeholders and writing documentation
