Our Global Employer Services (GES) team provides taxation, immigration & social security advice to multinational companies and their global employees. We have established in 2017 a Regional Delivery Centre in Bucharest to provide invaluable support to client facing professionals throughout Europe (currently supports 13 European Deloitte Member firms in managing these accounts). By centralizing standard processes and administrative support we are seeking to drive process change and efficient working across the practice.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Product developer with extensive Power BI experience to contribute to tool creation and enhance our capabilities in this area to be part of our Product development team.

The Product development team supports our delivery center and the Member firms in developing automation tools in Alteryx, Power BI, VBA, Salesforce, Nintex and C#.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary in computer science or Information technology with experience in a corporate environment with a developer/data or IT focus.
• It is preferred for the ideal candidate to have a Power Bi certification.
• A deep understanding of Power BI and Power Query capabilities and limitations as well as potential work arounds or innovations using complementary solutions.
• Have superior analytical and organizational skills.
• Good experience with MS Office and Office 365.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling techniques.
• Expertise in creating Power BI dashboards.
• Critical thinking for effective problem-solving.
• Good time-management skills.
• Open to work in an international environment.
• Nice to have, but not mandatory, experience in Nintex or Alteryx.

Your future role:

• Develop Power BI dashboards for our stakeholders and managing a SQL database.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English language).
• Complete and thorough documentation to support all system modifications and enhancements.
• Maintain proactive communication and transparency with key internal and external stakeholders to provide status of project.
• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects, while delivering quality work in a timely manner.
• Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
• Analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems.
