Adecco Romania is hiring an Accountant on behalf of one of its multinational clients on a permanent basis.

This role involves managing core accounting operations, month-end processes, and intercompany transactions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month-end journal entries, accruals, provisions, and inventory adjustments
  • Tax reporting (VAT, withholding), financial statement preparation
  • Bank reconciliations and intercompany payables/receivables management
  • Intercompany netting, settlement, and reporting
  • Inventory database maintenance and month-end data support
  • Compliance with accounting standards and internal deadlines

Your Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Background in multinational accounting and intercompany operations
  • Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
  • Organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
  • Able to handle sensitive data and contribute to process improvements
  • Team-oriented with a positive and proactive mindset
