Position OverviewPayroll Analyst with German (f/m/x)

Responsibilities
- payroll operations and inputs processing (eg. medical leaves, absences, new hires, terminations etc), for the allocated countries and in collaboration with the services providers.
- collaborate with the local teams/specialists / employees in order to obtain the relevant data and approvals.
- administer employee's lifecycle activities ensuring all documentation is following the legal requirements and internal policies for the countries allocated
- overtime process management & preparation for payroll input.
- manage international assignments cases, from payroll perspective.
- manage the employees' benefits enrollments and prepare input reports for payroll (communicate with the employees & vendors, check enrolments and terminations, place orders or other similar activities).
- manage the benefits vendors in terms of operations.
- support in HR IT systems implementations projects (Workday, payroll,etc).
- further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR policies updates and implementation, support on new HR processes)
Skills
- min 5 years' experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization and with gained knowledge in payroll and Labor legislation knowledge for one of the European countries.
- experience in HR Systems (Workday, preferable), Excel, Word.
- English skills and German - advanced level.
- good communication and cooperation skills.
- detailed oriented, good planning and priority skills.
