*Tasks*
- Managing and structuring existing HR reports, ensuring that data is well-organized and accessible for decision-making.
- Developing HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide valuable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Supporting HR IT projects and systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and contributing to continuous improvements in reporting processes.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize reporting structures and processes, with the potential to create new reports and visualizations over time.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a related field, or a vocational qualification with a focus on HR, along with at least 4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or controlling.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with HR data, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; familiarity with Power BI, SAP HCM, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
- A structured, independent way of working with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and explore new reporting tools and analytics methods over time.

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited

- Language skills: Fluency in English; German is nice to have
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
