Your ImpactAs a Sales Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic execution across Cybersecurity Enterprise Sales in Europe. Acting as a trusted partner to sales leadership and a key liaison to corporate functions, you'll ensure process efficiency, data integrity, and insight-driven decision-making across the sales organization.
What the Role Offers
- Drive forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring reporting accuracy and business insights through Salesforce and dashboard analysis.
- Own and execute operational cadence, governance standards, and sales process adherence across assigned regions.
- Lead key processes including account segmentation, territory alignment, and quota allocation in partnership with sales and planning teams.
- Serve as the go-to operational expert for sales teams resolving process, quoting, and booking queries.
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization, contributing to regional and cross-European process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders in marketing, finance, and strategy to align on performance goals and transformation projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytics roles, preferably in tech or cybersecurity.
- Strong Salesforce (SFDC) expertise and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proven track record in forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory management, and quota planning.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business units and leadership levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
