Your role

• Lead and manage a project or programme work stream and its deliverables within a project.
• Demonstrate attitudes and behaviours on engagements that result in outstanding delivery and quality.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Identify business opportunities within the project or client organization and inform leadership accordingly.
• Actively engage in pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities by developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial acumen.
• Develop business cases for projects and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and alignment with operational objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Your profile

• Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be add on benefit. · 11-14 years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise with cost optimisation, including Minimum 9 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA are advantageous; strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls for minimum of 10 years.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools) for a minimum of 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
