BIM Coordinator

What will you be doing?

Coordinate BIM digital processes across both design and construction phases;

Define, track, and implement the appropriate Level of Detail (LOD) according to project requirements;

Ensure that all team members follow the BIM procedures established at department level;

Centralize and manage 3D models and structural data in a shared, accessible environment for all stakeholders;

Integrate discipline-specific 3D models and perform clash detection;

Monitor the implementation of technical parameters required by the project;

Oversee assigned projects and ensure the design meets expected quality and performance standards;

Comply with applicable laws, design norms, and operational standards;

Provide technical support to the project manager and ensure client requirements are reflected in the design;

Support team development by sharing knowledge and expertise;

Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in the BIM field;

Propose and implement tools and procedures to continuously improve BIM workflows.

What we're looking for:

University degree (Bachelor's + Master's) in construction or engineering;

2–5 years of experience in BIM coordination;

Advanced English skills (French, German are a plus);

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook);

Experience with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Inventor, Tekla, AutoCAD);

A reliable, well-organized, and solution-oriented professional;

Strong adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
