What We're Looking For
Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis team in Orange is a dynamic team acting in the world of Finance while being a valuable partner for business. We are looking for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with strong orientation towards people growth and business improvement to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end controlling reporting processes (e.g., monthly closings), ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Oversee the preparation and timely publication of monthly financial reports, highlighting variances, trends, and actionable insights.

Budgeting & Strategic Planning

• Coordinate annual budgeting processes and rolling forecasts using bottom-up, zero-based, or top-down approaches.
• Monitor budget adherence, perform variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Present budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management and Orange Group Performance & Strategic Analysis
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities (e.g., cost optimization, revenue growth).
• Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards or internal KPIs
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives such as investment appraisals, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and capital expenditure prioritization

Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business units by providing financial guidance on strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost management strategies.
• Facilitate cross-departmental discussions on financial performance and operational efficiency
• Evaluate new business opportunities through detailed financial modeling Process Improvement & Automation
• Drive automation initiatives using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline routine reporting tasks.
• Lead the implementation of new financial systems or tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Continuously identify inefficiencies within finance processes and implement scalable improvements

Team Development & Leadership

• Manage, train, mentor, and coach a team of financial professionals to ensure their growth and development
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, engaging team members in achieving organizational objectives
• Ensure effective communication and consultation with team members and maintain strong links with other departments.

Mandatory Requirements
What you need to know/have

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior coordination role (eg. team manager, department head or related), within telecom industry, international consultancy company or multinational corporations.
• Bachelor's Degree in business/finance/economics or related
• Proven experience in end-to-end controlling activities and processes
• Proven track of managing improvement project, processes optimization and change management
• Strong reporting & presentation skills (i.e. dashboard, reports, trends, graphs, etc.)
• Ability to see the big picture, able to translate operational drivers into financial KPI's
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across functions
• Proficiency in English

Would Be Considered a Plus

• Post-graduate qualification in business/finance/economics
• Proficiency in French
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
