Ce vei face:
- Vei construi și coordona strategia de brand la nivel național;
- Vei gestiona campaniile de marketing (online & offline) – de la idee la execuție;
- Vei colabora cu agenții, parteneri și echipa internă;
- Vei analiza rezultate și vei transforma insight-urile în acțiuni;
- Vei analiza feedback-urile consumatorilor și vei interacționa cu aceștia;
- Vei fi implicat/(ă) în strategia de comunicare internă și motivare a echipei.
Căutăm pe cineva care:
- Are experiență de min. 3 ani în marketing / brand management (ideal în HoReCa, retail sau FMCG);
- Gândește strategic, dar iubește execuția;
- Este creativ(ă), curios(ă), proactiv/(ă) și plin(ă) de energie;
- Cunoaște foarte bine platformele de Social media (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, facebook) și nu se ferește să creeze conținut pentru acestea
- Este un om de echipă, se implică și în task-uri tangențiale atunci când este nevoie.
