What You Will Experience In This Position

  • Maintain and analyze general ledgers for assigned areas and entities;
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closings for assigned areas and entities;
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries and adjustments, including supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions;
  • Prepare VAT return, Intrastat and other statistical returns for assigned areas and entities;
  • Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations;
  • Maintain local GAAP adjustments;
  • Monitor, review and update Sox internal controls for assigned areas and entities.

You Have

  • University Degree specializing in Finance/Accounting
  • Previous experience in accounting across General Ledger processes
  • Experience in ERP (Infor M3 will be a plus)
  • Experience in an international company will be a plus
  • In-depth accounting knowledge;
  • MS Office (advanced excel skills);
  • Medium English;
  • Proactive behavior;
  • Ability to communicate confidently, with clarity both downwards and upwards and with stakeholders in country and internationally;
  • Process improvement oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Organizational, time-management, decision-making skills;
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
